		<description>1. yes, you can create a new partition with Partition Magic, or if you can try it with Partition Expert

2. depend on use... it will be a little improvement on performances... it will be better if you defrag it, after making changes in the hard drive.

3. changing partition sizes or wharever is not safe there&#039;s a minium posibility of deleting everything in most cases that happen only when an error occured.

4. it a lot better having a backup of your data.</description>

		<description>Right click on my computer and go to manage.  Then go to disk management.  From here you can make a partition without loosing any data.  Just choose &quot;make a partition with the unused space&quot;  Then you can move everything over to this partition after it is made.  I would also suggest you get a backup HD to also put all those songs and pics on.  HD&#039;s do die over time.  always keep important stuff on at least two media&#039;s.</description>
